Walk and Wade Trips for Experienced Anglers

For seasoned anglers, the Snowy Valleys region offers an incredible variety of water—from fast, technical streams to remote high-country creeks—perfect for refining skills and chasing wild trout in truly beautiful settings.

We have access to a range of secluded water, including private-access reaches and lightly fished public streams. Within 30 minutes of Tumut, you'll find rivers where wild browns and rainbows feed freely in riffles, glides, and deeper runs. A little farther out, the Kosciuszko National Park opens up high-country sight fishing in cold, clear streams that reward patience and precision.

As the season shifts, so do the fish—and the tactics. From pocket water in summer to the late-season spawn run, where large lake fish push upstream, every trip is timed to make the most of the conditions and fish behaviour.
