 **Payment and Booking Policy:**

 Planning a fishing trip is an exciting endeavor, and we're here to assist you in making it a memorable experience. To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Please be aware that this deposit becomes non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled fishing day. The full payment is expected no later than 48 hours before your scheduled trip.

 **Refund Policy:**

 Our commitment to providing the best possible service is unwavering, and we recognize that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. We want to assure you that we are here to support you with compassion.

 In the event of cancellations:

 1. **Rescheduling:** If you need to make changes to your plans, please know that we are here to help. You have the option to reschedule for an alternative date or receive a gift certificate that grants access to the same guide service you initially booked, valid for one year.

 2. **Trip Rescheduling:** We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs by rescheduling the trip to a more suitable date whenever possible.

 3. **Unsuccessful Rebooking:** In the event that we are unable to secure an alternative booking and your original trip cannot proceed, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

 4. **Reduced Participant Numbers:** We understand that group dynamics can shift, and if fewer participants arrive than originally booked, we will still apply the full quoted price with empathy and understanding.

 5. **No-Show:** Life can be unpredictable, and we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can lead to a no-show. Please be aware that clients who do not attend on the day will be charged the full quoted amount.

 6. **Severe Weather Conditions:** If we determine that weather conditions are too challenging or hazardous for a safe fishing experience, we will promptly reach out to you. You will then have the choice between rescheduling for an alternative date or receiving a gift certificate that remains valid for one year.

 7. **Variable Weather:** Fly fishing is an outdoor activity, and we appreciate that weather conditions can be unpredictable. Please consider contacting us before deciding to cancel due to weather. If we agree it's safe to proceed with the trip and you choose to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

 8. **Change of Heart or Second Thoughts:** We understand that circumstances can change. However, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to changes of mind or a re-evaluation of your decision when booking.

 9. **Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances:** Life sometimes presents unexpected challenges such as illness or unforeseen circumstances. If you find yourself in such a situation and need to change your tour date, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. You may choose between a date exchange or a gift certificate, valid for one year. After one year, the deposit will be forfeited.

 10. **Cancellations Less than 72 Hours:** In the unfortunate event of tour cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled trip, a fee equivalent to the deposit paid will be applied, considering our commitment to maintaining the quality of our services.
